Jack Brewer

Jack has over a decade of experience in the property industry, beginning his career as a land agent in his home county of Norfolk before moving into residential development and relocating to London in 2016.

In 2017, he joined the Malaysian consortium behind the regeneration of Battersea Power Station, and was later invited to join Lodha UK to support the launch of their London flagship projects. Since then, Jack has contributed to more than £2 billion worth of new build transactions across Prime Central London and the wider London market. He joined Valouran and Knightcrest in 2024, bringing with him strong market insight and a well-rounded understanding of high-value residential development.
