Elizabeth is the Operations Director at Knightcrest, where she oversees all core operational areas, including strategy, HR, compliance, recruitment and performance reporting. She’s central to making sure the business runs smoothly, scales effectively, and is set up to meet both commercial goals and client expectations.

Before joining Knightcrest, Elizabeth spent 20 years as a Partner at Knight Frank, where she worked closely with senior leaders to drive internal transformation, boost efficiency, and lead major change initiatives. She brings a calm, solutions-focused mindset and a strong ability to align people, systems, and strategy.
